It's an annual sort of opening of the tournament for us here on the Big 1050.

Yeah, I can't remember the last time that we were not here, to be honest, to start the NCAA tournament. It's a great spot. They do a great job for their clients that they bring in, their clients and friends. They have this event every year. And they've actually changed the format of the floor plan a little bit. I think they have more people coming is what it feels like. More monitors, more places to hang out. and the food is in the next room that we're usually a little bit closer to the food, which probably is a safe thing for us over here. But looking forward to the party, of course, later on today. Tip-off is at 1215 officially. We are the tip-off, tip-off party. And then we, of course, send things over at 11 o'clock to our radio coverage. And then TV coverage starts a little bit after that. First game is a 12-15. But this has been our home away from home on the Thursday of the NCAA tournament for, honestly, I want to say close to 10 years now. Obviously, there was one year we did not. We were not here because nobody was here. and I'm not sure that there was the bubble year that might have been two years

I mean, I feel the tournament vibe. But this is my when I wake up on this morning and I go, oh yeah, you're not going to the office. You're going to Utec. That's my extra. Oh, yeah. Yeah, and, you know, it's kind of weird to say that about, you're not going to the office, you're going to U-TEC. That's my extra, oh, yeah. Yeah, you know, it's kind of weird saying that about, you know, Kevin Van Cannell.

But that's before he switched sides from Ohio State to, I mean, ordinarily, if he was like old Kevin, where he loved Ohio State, and it'd be a little tough to come in here.

But, you know, we learned years ago,

seems like the first year or two that we came,

he said, you know, I changed my underwear.

It's all Michigan.

My socks there are all Michigan.

We saw him sitting courtside.

It wasn't this year.

I think it was last season.

And we saw him sitting courtside at a Michigan, Ohio State basketball game,

and he was wearing season. We saw him sitting court-side at a Michigan, Ohio State basketball game, and he was wearing blue. I heard him say buck suck. He says it. He doesn't let his old friends hear it, but he says bucks suck all the time. All the time, Iron. That's Kevin Van Cantle for you. You got to love it. And you know what's going to be really on display? At 1215 today it's going to be really on display because at 1215 the tournament tips off in the first game of the tournament today. Go Jamie Dixon. Go Horn Frogs, TCU versus Ohio State. And I think that every single person in this building, all right, maybe minus one, every single person in this building is going to be rooting for TCU in that first game tips off. And that'll be actually kind of fun to see. I might have to come back from the media avail with the women over at Chrysler today. I might actually have to come back for some of that game just to see how this room treats him in that game. Well, I'll say he has really, really cool toys. I mean, you tech IT, there, your IT solutions.

I'm waiting for them to turn the lights on in the second half of this big conference room area

because they used to have the pull in big TV.

And now they have a wall mounted big blank TV.

I was going to say, so I wonder.
