You look at it from the standpoint of the professional side of things.

It is what the aim of the settlement is on average, right? But you, you have a lot into average. And that's why we're waiting to see what the NCAA is. So, you know, everybody's going to put in their revenue, but it's ticket revenue,

it's corporate sponsorship revenue, it's revenue from television, and they're going to put

all that together. They're going to average it out. And then they look at also what our

spend is on scholarships, and then they're going to

average that out. And that combination is going to add up to about 48% in terms of the average.

And so that's where this number is actually built off of, Sam. It's a combination of the
