Sustainability, as far as revenue generation is concerned, the financials of student athletes and getting their fair share of a pie.

You look at it from the standpoint of the professional side of things.

I think they're getting like 50% of the pie.

Is that the threshold?

Is that what the aim should be for intercollegiate athletics?

It is what the aim of the settlement is on average, right? But you, you have a lot into average. And that's why we're waiting to see what the NCAA is. So, you know, everybody's going to put in their revenue, but it's ticket revenue,

it's corporate sponsorship revenue, it's revenue from television, and they're going to put

all that together. They're going to average it out. And then they look at also what our

spend is on scholarships, and then they're going to

average that out. And that combination is going to add up to about 48% in terms of the average.

And so that's where this number is actually built off of, Sam. It's a combination of the

average of what we spend on scholarships on our student athletes

and what we bring in in terms of revenue and then how much of that revenue share.

And then that's the model.

If you look at what the settlement is and the way we're moving forward,

the model is to get close to where you see
