I don't know if they're saying we need to look out,

I think to say we need to look out for Ray Sean Benny too.

He needs to start showing up more than what he's been showing up.

On one of those gaps game plays, I think he went the wrong way.

I think he should have played into the tackle and to the big gap.

He got down in a gap, the ball creeps us for about 10 yards.

I mean, so I don't see a guy who I expected to be doing more this year. I'm not saying a whole lot out of him either. But like I said already, I'm giving the D-line of B-B-plus because, yeah, we only gave a few points, but I'm not overly excited about what they did against the team that we were superior to. Right. You're not showing up, Sam. Right now, they just got it. So start showing up so we can be more excited about those guys inside. I'm not down on our defensive means like people talking about TJ and more. I'm more or less concerned about our inside guys. I'm not concerned about them too guys.

I know what they can do.

I'm concerned about when we play against better football teams and better

sending guards are those guys going to show up?

I have concerns about that right now.

Yeah, Greg, guess on Ray Sean Ben, he said 26 made a play on Jaden Mangum's sack at OU just has to be more consistent.

True.

I agree with that.

A point well noted, but when I get, when we run, they're running the football in the wrong game, we're getting pushed around.

A stalemate is not good. A stalemate for the offense is a win. That means there's a crease in there. You know, for the last couple years, there were no stalemates. We just took them to the woodshed just because they showed up. I haven't seen the woodshed moment for my defensive line inside yet. I'm still waiting. As soon as we put Barham my defensive end, and he'd say, Woolshed time, okay? He was that guy. Now, I'm waiting for some other guys to show him to the same thing that he's doing. Vance, something that you would always say, Michigan had problems with. I wonder if we're going to see in this game, but FSS. We hadn't seen it yet. Nebraska might show up with it. Now, when we didn't have a whole year to understand about college football and the FSA, we got a defensive staff that both, they have two guys that been coordinated. They understand FSS. I don't foresee that's been a problem for us this year.

You know, and I look at Jesse. After the first year, Jesse had no more issues with that. We got to clean up. As always, at first year, you make an adjustment to your players, to your coaching staff. But after that, you clean that up and you move forward. So I don't foresee that been a problem moving forward. If it is, I don't be shocked. I'll be honest with it. I'd really be surprised.

Explain why that's an issue for guys making the transition like hey mcdonald jesse you know why did they have problems that they made the step down a lot of things they did that i call it a field

defense in other words the defense is set to the field zone coverage wise you. You got your nickel, your sandbacker, your mic, and all of a sudden, they put more guys

into the boundary than they normally do.

That means everybody's got to bump over.

You got to check coverage, and sometimes guys don't see it.
