Mission Forward 3 says it's taking me a minute, but a young team is the prefer your box of

chocolates.

What you say, lace?

You said you never know what you're going to get with a young team.

And that's exactly what it is right now.

I mean, you've got to get the guys to start trusting you and then understanding to trust the process of what's going on.

And, you know, some people have, have done things the different way, but you got to just try to get them to say, hey, this is the process. I'm telling you, this is what you're supposed to do. And this is how you're supposed to do it. And once they start realizing like, oh, he's right, that's when you're going to start seeing these guys be what they, all-Americans and, uh, uh, has been hopeful, you know, so like, that's, that's what you're going to start seeing when they start trusting their process and the game starts slowing down for them. I think that's the biggest thing. When the game starts slowing down for you and you start seeing, hey, okay, I can play with the cadence to get this guy to show me what he's going to do. I'm a bluff. And now you start playing with it. And that's what, like, when you watch Aaron Rogers, even though they lost last night, when he did certain things, like he played with the cadence and got them them to jump off sides. And they didn't call it.

Obviously, they didn't call it.

He threw the ball down the foot because he's known for doing that so much as getting

guys to jump off sides and do things like that. So it's kind of cool to see that. So now when you got a young guy like Bryce, he got to start playing with the cadets to get guys to show their hand

and let them understand what's going on around him.

I think that's the biggest thing.

When you start being able,

the game starts slowing down for you

and you're able to say, hey, let me play with the cadence. Or you have a, you know, cripp, like, hey, play with the cadence because they're jumping and they're getting a jump on us. So you got to start playing with the cadence and start seeing the things that's going to happen on the back end.

So now I know what coverage I'm getting.

I know where the business is coming from.

And I think that's the biggest thing for him is being able to trust the process

and let the game slow down for him.
