And for the most part, as we mentioned, it was a pretty good offensive day for the Michigan

0:30.5

football team.

0:31.2

They first drive of the game, they had a three and out.

0:33.8

Their last drive of the game, they had three plays and it went to halftime.

0:38.2

And then their second possession of the first half, the second half was the three and out.

0:43.3

But outside of those three possessions, and really only two of those are considered three and outs,

0:47.0

because the other one went to halftime.

0:48.8

So they only had the two three and outs.

0:50.7

They did not have the same nearly as many, although they still had empty possessions. they did not have nearly the same issues of getting the offense going that we saw in the previous game. So the first drive was not very good, but the second possession, they had nine plays 47 yards, and then fourth and one, they stopped themselves. They didn't get stopped. They stopped themselves. Then the very next possession, they had a nice seven-play 80-yard touchdown drive.

1:12.0

They had a field goal attempt on an 11-play 63-yard drive. They kind of stub their own toe, and then they missed the field goal. In the second half, same thing. You get a turnover on downs where you get all the way down to the Washington 5-yard line, and you are about a half a yard short,

1:25.3

trying to punch it to get the first down,

1:27.1

to set up first in goal.

1:28.4

Then you do have your lone three and out in the second half, but then you have really good position, well, two of the next three positions are pretty short, but you were able to put points on the board, touchdown, touchdown, field goal, and the offense was able to get the job done. So when you talk about offensive players of the game, I'm not going to single one out. I'm going to pick three. And so we're going to start with the passing game and start with Bryce Underwood, who is 21 to 27 for 230 yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions, no fumbles, no turnovers. So that obviously was really big. And so in the past game, he was doing a really nice job. And in particular, he was finding Zach Marshall. Zach Marshall. We knew the tight ends had to step up. We knew the tight ends had to have bigger role in the offense. We knew the tight ends had to have a bigger impact for this team. And then they end up going to the game with no Marlon Klein, which we knew the beginning of the game. And then we thought we thought we'd see hogan hanson he doesn't play and so you see a lot of zach marshall you see a lot of
