We are recapping Michigan football spring game. We're going to do that in a little less than an hour from now with Al Borgias. We're going to do that at the 9 o'clock hour with Zach Shaw from 247 Sports for the Michigan Insider.com. And of course, we'll also talk to the

mayor of Michigan Twitter, Scott Bell, in about an hour and a half from now. So a lot to get

to on the show. How about we roll through the spring game a little bit, Ms. and we go through

kind of the action that we actually saw on the field. Okay.

So we do have some play by plan.

I took those throughout the course of the game.

The blue team got the ball, got the ball first.

And the thing that I noticed in the very first possession, and this came into play a lot.

And this is why spring games are so difficult to evaluate quarterbacks.

They blow the whistle really quickly. Like, if you get a hand on the quarterback, they blow the whistle. And I'll tell you that there were a few times that a hand got on

Bryce, that hand is not the arm tackle that would have gotten to him, isn't bringing them down.

But it also means you really, it's hard to run a lot of RPO stuff and a lot of, you know,

a lot of stuff in the read game because the defense is playing for the quarterback to not get hit.

So there's a little bit that changes that evaluation in there.

And on the very first play, it was, or sorry, it was the very first play that Bryce got sacked.

And Rayshon Bendy got the sack. It was the very first play of the got sacked. And Rayshon Benny got the sack.

It was the very first play of the spring game.

And it was a quick whistle.

And it's going to happen in the spring game because you're not hitting the quarterbacks.
