So while most of the conversation coming out of the weekend on the NFL side, of course, you have coaching changes.

We've talked about the OC and D.C. spots here in Detroit, for example.

You, of course, had the teams heading off for the Super Bowl.

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Washington commanders.

The Kansas City Chiefs, and I was going to blowout, the Kansas Chiefs edge the Buffalo

Bills to win their matchup in the AFC championship game.

So it's the Eagles and the Chiefs for the second time in three years in the Super Bowl.

Super Bowl 59 is coming up in 13 days on Sunday, February 9th from

New Orleans, and we'll have coverage right here on the big 1050 WTCA.

On the college side of things, the biggest storyline coming out of the weekend was this Jim

Knowles taking the defensive coordinator position at Penn State and leaving Ohio State.

That seems to be the biggest story coming out of college football coming from the weekend.

But I think something that needs to not be overlooked.

And this was announced on Friday.

And this is something that we've talked a ton about here on the show in the last week or so.

Because it was one week ago tonight that they had the national championship of college football.

It was on Monday, January 20th.

And we talked about how late in the calendar it was and why you look at the TV ratings and all these other reasons,

why they need to move the calendar up and condense the calendar a little bit or just shift your calendar,

your schedule, just a little bit of you're college football, to maximize your TV ratings.

Because you can maximize your New Year's Day by having semifinals that day and not having quarterfinals that day.
