| 0:23.9 | But I can't get past just the initial part of this whole thing, which is the Protect |

| 0:32.4 | And most of the people that were called to speak on Capitol Hill are the ones that helped break college sports. |
| 0:40.9 | Or they don't want to send it back so far into, you know, prehistoric ages, relatively speaking, |
| 0:46.3 | that it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense because it's not going back that far. |
| 0:49.6 | So you have coaches advocating for caps on players and I understand that that's fine coaches |
| 0:57.4 | advocating for caps on players but coaches aren't going to advocate for caps on |
| 1:01.2 | coaches I know it's kind of a crazy idea because if you look at the NBA or the NFL model |

| 1:11.3 | specific rules of how much they can make. |
| 1:13.8 | Well, that's all been collectively bargained. |
| 1:16.6 | We get back to that and there was a, you heard yesterday one of the few that are not part |
| 1:21.9 | of the group that broke the whole thing that we're speaking on Capitol Hill is Utah, |
