Tying into what I was just talking about in the last segment, in particular Brian Kelly's comment.

We've got to take this stand that transparency, consistency, ethics, and morality are at the core of this.

The second part is that this kind of goes back to, say, the score act.

And the score act, which has been introduced, a bipartisan bill.

I'm not going to get too far into it.

That was put forth last week.

Well, we had a statement yesterday from the Major League Baseball Players Association,

the Major League Soccer Players Association, the National Basketball Players Association,

the National Football League Players Association, and the National Hockey League Players Association,

a.k.a. the Players Associations, they issued a statement yesterday, more or less defending or speaking for college athletes.

Because if you look at the score act, it gives a lot of control and power first to the NCAA and then to the schools.

It seems like it gives the NCAA antitrust immunity and monopoly power to put caps on athletes how much they can earn.

But without the athletes coming to the table for any sort of collective bargaining does not allow that part of it.

It gives basically it's setting a cap. That's part of it is it gives, basically it's setting a cap.

And it creates this artificial salary cap for something that the athletes don't agree to.
