Now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTCA. One of the deals there that really stuck out to me was when he was talking about the

connection.

Lou really seems to build that personal.

All the guys keep talking about how he has really connected with them on a personal level.

That is a recurring theme with every single guy that

that we talk to along the defensive line. Development and the personal relationships, I know

that's a part of recruiting, but it doesn't seem to ring quite as, quite as often in a lot of other recruitments, guys,

that we, when we talk to guys, as often as, as frequently as it does seem to with Lou,

I don't know if you guys have gotten that.

Yeah, I think that's fair to say.

I think the other thing, too, you know, everyone's so focused on NIL and that's understandable.

It's obviously a factor when you're recruiting big-time kids at this point.

But that stuff that we've always talked about as far as recruiting, that stuff still matters.

These top kids are going to find an NIL deal no matter where they commit. So you're still

trying to find those other things. Like you talk about the education stuff. You know, I think some

people act like the education factor is like non-existent anymore. But I think any kid and any camp

who has any like foresight at all has to understand that the nil stuff is a short-term

situation at the end of the day right i mean you don't know if you're going to get to the pros
