You got to be a guy that's comfortable on your own skin, right?

EQ is something I talk about with the young quarterbacks I work with all the time.

If your EQ is not of the highest, it's not like, oh, I'm working on my EQ or my EQ is getting there.

You got to have the utmost confidence in yourself, the utmost emotional intelligence,

because there are going to be times where you throw for 230 yards, maybe you throw a pick in there or something or whatever,

and everybody's going to be clamoring for the other guy.

Everybody's going to be saying how terrible.

And this isn't a win.

Everybody's going to be, we could be so much better if this wasn't our guy, right?

If you can't deal with that, right?
