We heard from offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Shib Lindsay in the last segment.

Coach, whether it's 95 degrees in August or yesterday's practice, which was bone chilling,

you always have enthusiasm. It never seems to ever slow down. Why is this?

Just the energy that I carry, you know.

I just think football is all about great energy,

expressing the lead of your emotion come out at the end of the day,

and that's what I coach to the guys.

That's what I preach to the guys,

and just make sure, like, that great energy wear off on everybody around me.
