Let's hear now from offensive lineman Peney Sewell who met with the media now here in the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTCA.

It's the main thing going into it.

I just wanted to get bigger and stronger while maintaining my speed and

conditioning.

I think it's terrifying. How long does it take for you guys to coordinate like in all season?

Does it take the whole training camp? Do you have to go to the season with it?

How long does what takes are?

Well, you got a new guy next to you. So they have a new guard.

How long it takes between you guys to get that for a reason?

I mean, it all depends on the person, to be honest, and the personality.

If we kind of click right away, it takes faster than other things.

But that's just, I don't really have a timetable.

But I think on the average, probably just an OTAs or offseason, you know, I mean, with many

camp involved.

So, and then you'll be good for camp.

I think some of us have a hard time wrapping our head around what's stronger looks like

for you.

So what is the process for you during the off season?

What did you do where you could see, I guess, tangible results on your strength?
