There's been a lot of conspiracy theory messages sent my way in the last couple of weeks. That's where I'm getting the NBA and the baseball conversations coming together. I've had a ton of conspiracy theory messages sent to me in the last couple of weeks as you get to, or really in the last week. Of course you're going to get all these game sevens. And of course the league's going to do this. And of course the league's going to do that. I'm not a conspiracy theory guy.

No, for the most part. And I mean, there have been fixed games in the NBA, but that guy went to jail.

And I'm so I'm not a big conspiracy theory guy. But theiris one is, would be this would be a a pretty epically well put

together conspiracy theory this is actually what happened he tweeted in scruble sounds like a fake

i don't have the contract i want injury um watch the press conference if you if you got that

from what you heard then you should watch the press conference and not just listen to him.

If you see his face and you see his reaction and see his answers to the questions, not just how he answers it, but what he looks like as he's answering the questions, you would see a very frustrated guy.

He's very frustrated.

He wants to be out there with his guys.

He wants to be out there with his teammates. He wants to be out there with his

teammates. Maybe he doesn't have the long-term contract that he wants, but he's still, these are still his buddies. These are still his teammates. And you can tell Terrick Schuble's up, he's a baseball guy, right? He's a seamhead. He's not going to just be like, you know, he's not just to be like, I want to find a way to get out of playing for the next couple months so I can get a contract.

So that's the first part of it. It just doesn't fit his MO. It doesn't fit what you see when you watch the press conference. And it's honestly, it's not what I heard, but maybe I heard it that way because I'm also, I also saw the press conference. I don't know. That's part of it. But the other part of the conspiracy theory, Theis, is that this would have to involve

A.J. Hinch and the team's medical staff.

It's not just the player saying what's happening and then him telling people something.

And then they, he talked to the manager.

They had medical testing.

He's going to have surgery.

They're not, it's not, you know, maybe he doesn't have the contract that he wants yet.

But having an injury and missing a couple of months and then coming back after it, it's not

the way to initially get the contract that you want.

Now, it sounds like based on what Scoobel said and what it sounds like, as you read more about this, having loose bodies in your elbow, which just sounds so weird.

But having loose items, loose whatever it is, but they call it loose bodies in your elbow, when that's the case, it sounds fairly routine.
