Either it's going to be some big signing or leading up to a big signing or there's going to be some sort of local news that is of major relevance.

And that's what actually happened this time.

The Lions are adding to their fold.

So as we've gone through,

we know that Derek Barnes is resigning with the Lions,

as is Ezekiel Turner, as is Marcus Davenport.

We know that Carlton Davis is off to the Patriots.

We know the Lions have released as Daria Smith.

We know the Lions have brought in DJ Reed from the New York Jets to be the replacement for Carlton Davis in the defensive backfield.

We know they're re-signing Dan Skipper.

Always got to have Dan Skipper on the roster or so it feels.

Ifiatu Melan Fanwu is leaving the Lions to sign with the Dolphins that those reports are coming down yesterday.

Also, the reports are coming down yesterday.

The Lions are bringing back Deva to tackle Miles Adams.

They had signed him off the practice squad of the Seahawks last year,

and he played in four games for the Lions last year, and they're bringing him back this year.

And then the late night edition, the one that happened was that we heard was they are going to be signing Cardinals,
