everybody pretty much.

They got their hands on a memo or is it a, maybe it's beyond a memo.

Maybe it's a, you know, a full document.

But regardless, the NCAA and the House settlement

as we get closer and closer,

what we think will be the settlement being coming to resolution,

the NCAA is starting to put some of the things that are in place.

The NCAA is no longer going to be in charge of traditional enforcement.

They are going to be hiring and they being the, there's going to be a board of,

there's going to be a CEO of college sports.

The college sports commission is going to be running the new enforcement, is going to be

the new enforcement of college sports.

The college sports commission. The college sports commission is going to be the new enforcement of college sports. The College Sports Commission.

The College Sports Commission is going to have the final say in doling out punishments

deciding when rules have been violated according to all these articles that I was reading last night.

And it's not about the committee or commission.

It's a level, there's a singular power that's being created

because there's going to be a CEO of this new college sports commission.

The CEO hires expected to happen very quickly after the House settlement comes to fruition,

if it comes to fruition, but it's expected to.
