When the body breathes at the resonant breath rate of the body, which is generally five to seven breaths per minute.

What happens is there's the opportunity and indeed it happens, the breath and the heart pin to the same, they move in the same cycle.

0:15.0

So you breathe in, the heart rate goes up, and breathe out, the heart rate goes down.

What they do is they move in a coherent sinusoidal cycle.

The blood pressure's in the opposite trough.

The organs around the heart in train, and the brainwaves go to alpha.
