comedian, the mental health comedian. He's a former writer for the tonight show who now

speaks on suicide prevention and in his bio summary also adds he knows what the barrel

angry the last about 10 minutes of our conversation got chopped off by shitty

recording process and then there's a couple minutes where the volume's a

Frank, thanks for coming on to the podcast. How are you doing? Well ladies

gentlemen who are listening I want you know I didn't have a choice. It was kind of a

plea bargain that I signed up for up to jail or join Jeff on the podcast.

So I'll be honest I reached out to you initially. I just read your bio and thought

it's interesting. I love comedy and mental health is something obviously that's

intriguing and suicide prevention and all that stuff. When you when you

responded that you come on I quickly became the biggest Frank King fan on the

internet because I watched your TEDx talks and oh my goodness.
