So in episode one and two, I've told a couple stories about my life, and I thought I

would keep that

track record with yet another story. This is a simple one, but I want to tell you about the most

effective internet filter I've ever had in my entire life. It was 100% foolproof and worked every time. There was no way I could get around it.

There was no way I could get access. It totally worked 100% of the time. Now, it sounds too good to be true,

but I'm a computer guy, and I have always had a knack for, you know,

working with computers, finding things that I shouldn't. And I was particularly good back in the day,

finding porn, finding back doors to porn sites, even if I put a filter

on, even if I had a, you know, something in place to sort of prevent me. And so this was back in, I think, 2001, my wife caught me downloading pornography on our home computer,

and it was kind of the beginning of my journey out of pornography.

It was a shocking incident to her.

She didn't know that it was part of my world. I had been

very hidden and deceptive. And even though she caught me and it was embarrassing and humiliating,

there was a part of me that was ready to deal with it and really wanted help. And so my wife at first was very upset, but she was very gracious,

and she kind of encouraged me to get help.

But I found myself in a predicament right away.
