So here's the thing about the Eric Weddle, Rich Eisen conversation.

First of all, there's no guarantee that any quarterback, four star, five star, one star,

there's no guarantee that any quarterback is going to or not going to pan out.

Takes a lot of work.

It takes a lot of God-given talent and a whole lot more. Now, we know that Bryce

works really hard. We know Bryce is a really smart kid. We know

that he's got a lot of talent and physical tools.

We also know that he,

while gaining a lot of experience in some aspects, the, you know, going

into hostile environments and things like that, he did not get well

coached up last year. And he, therefore, it's kind of a lost season. So while in some aspects

you have, you gain experience in other aspects, you are taking a step back. And so it takes a while

to fix what is broken. You have to erase mechanics that

you, if your natural mechanics or if things that you do without thinking is one thing, then

you have to think in order to retrain yourself. And then they talk about how many, you know,

thousands of thousands of reps it takes to retrain

how you do something. If you're changing, you know, for those of you that go out there and then you play golf, if you are, you change your golf swing, it takes a long time to find that new groove. And so he's putting in the work. Bryce has gone to his quarterback coaches. He's made trips. He's done a, he's putting in the work.

The question is, when will it come to fruition?

Not, I say if and when it will come to fruition.

Because again, there are no guarantees that it will come to fruition to the level in which we want it to.

But we're also in a society where the best way to get attention is to have the hottest takes possible.
