where I like to run my mouth about certain things that need to be ran about. Hey, I want

to do this podcast on training and culture had planned this previously. It was on my list

and then added it to the top based on some things that were sent to me of recent. You look

social media. I don't get into the drama social media. There's a whole bunch of it obviously.

It's a toxic place for people to capitalize and there's only winners and losers and the

people who win typically are making a profit. The people who lose are typically and profoundly

and their own lives regurgitating and vomiting that kind of toxicity. And so I don't like

it. I don't like it a lot. I spend probably, I think I actually track this recently. I

spend an average of 20 minutes online on Instagram every single day on average because that's

how much I spend in committing where I say I'm going to do a post and then I'm going to

answer the DMs and then I'm checked out and then it's on to run a business. For those who

don't know me, my name is Mike Glover. I own a company called Phil Cross Survival. I own

several companies, but Phil Cross Survival was my primary company that I own. I started

Phil Cross Survival in 2015 in a shipping container in Pakistan where I was living at the time

as a contractor for the US government and also part timing as a Sergeant Major in 19th

Special Forces Group. My entire life since the age of 17, I've been in the realm of counterterrorism,

I've been in special operations, the infantry, a stint in the infantry and have a bachelor's degree

in crisis response and Homeland Security. With a, I have a second bachelor's degree,

actually criminal justice. But you know, this is 20 years of experience in 2015 at the time

and decided, hey, I want to do something different with my life. It's really easy. Like this

is not sustainable. I want to have a family and having a family and deploying all the time
