Now, some of our other ones, they bring gifts sometimes.

But Nick, he never fails me.

Because sometimes he brings pizza this time.

He came with a sandwich that he's going to tell us all about.

Doing great, man, and glad you're with us again. And like I said, bearing gifts. And before we get

too far into it, with you telling the folks what you're brought with with you this morning. Tell

everyone about Rotterman Bread House and Bistro. Yeah, so we started at the farmers market here

in Ann Arbor. We're kind of a deep local company, started working at a commercial kitchen here

in Ann Arbor as well, and then just slowly grew over the pandemic. A lot of the supply lines fell

apart.

The local bread scene was still there.

When you couldn't buy anything at the stores, we were still out there producing and selling.

So we over however many years kind of grew in that sense.

And we did a lot of the bread, but we, you know, we and I didn't really want to go
