It is now time to go behind the uniform this morning's edition is with Captain Max.

So here are Sam Webb and Captain Max Bredesen one-on-one here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTKA.

And we are back, folks, for another edition of Behind the Uniform.

This is where we go inside and in depth with the guys who wear that uniform for the University of Michigan representing the maze in blue on the gridiron. We find out about how they do what they do on the field of play, but who they are off the field of play and joining us today, the guy who is the

leader. If you talk about the guys who, the other guys follow for the Michigan Wolverines,

I think the guys who the fellows on offense and defense would tell you, they follow first and

foremost. They'll tell you it's mad max

max brittison max how you doing good appreciate you having me man glad to have you here and so

i feel like we us here at t m i've kind of watched you grow up a little bit because our Bryce marriage, who we sent out some years ago, I sent him on his first road trip to see one of your brothers play.

He was a little nervous.

He said, hey, I remember I send you.

Keep you in the Midwest.

We're going to see you to see Ben, Ben Bredesen play.

And he took a photo. I said, make sure you take a photo after the game.

And on that photo, it was Ben, of course, is your brother Jack.

And then right there in the front, it was a young Max, a really young Max.

How were you in this picture? Probably 11 or 12. Yeah, probably

around there. I remember that picture, though, because for Ben and Jacks, that was Ben's senior

year. So I would like, after the game, I would hand out, like, the chocolate milks to the players.

That was like my job because my mom ran like the catering for it. And someone comes up, like, Max, Max, got to get down to the field. And I was, like, the most, like, nervous little brother. I was like, it's been hurt? Like, what happened? I'm sprinting down. Like, everyone saw me sprint down. I was out of breath and I remember getting that picture of the whole family.

We still have that picture at the house actually.
