Welcome back to the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTKA online at the big 1050.com. Wednesdays are our final check-in with Michigan football. We hear from a couple of assisting coaches, and we bring that to you on Thursday mornings here on the Michigan Insider. So yesterday we heard on the offensive side of the ball from wide receivers coach Ron Bellamy on the defensive side of the ball. Lineback is coach Brian Jean-Marie. So we're going to start with Ron. So here is Michigan wide receivers coach Ron Bellamy from yesterday now here on the Michigan Insider on the big 1050 WTKA. Just wanted to, you know, before we start, just thank everyone out there for the thoughts and prayers with Zia Combs. So, you know, Michigan man, my roommate and teammate, one of my best friends, you know,

And it was an honor to be at the service yesterday and just see a lot of the love and support

that he got from, you know, the people in the Ann Arbor community and former teammates and

I guess what are some of your favorite memories and just like his injury that happened at the time?

and it was a sophomore year. And it was tough, you know, it was tough just to see a talented player, you know, he came from Lexington, Kentucky and just watching him overcome the adversity
