great, man. And so when I talk about you come with gifts to our palate, it's not just us.

I think you're a gift to the community. Downtown Dexter, but not just Dexter. It's like the Washington County area because anyone who has sampled your fare, what you have to offer down there, they know that you tickle our palate, man, with what you offer.

I call it, you know, whether it's your pizzas or your sandwiches, it's artwork is what you do.

You're an artistist.

It's where the art meets the science of food.

Right.

And, you know, truly, when it comes to the art of the bread, because it's when you talk about the bread that is the pizza, people like, it's like there's a true artwork when it comes to the pizza.

It's not just putting it in the oven.

It's a true artwork to pizza, isn't it?

There's a start to finish process.

I feel like that is lost a lot.

I mean, in a world saturated by pizza, how do you make it different in a way that is noticeable?

And so I decided not to try to do something different, so just focus on the ingredients

and things that we're doing.

So kind of letting, it's a lazy way of saying, we have a community that grows great food.

There are places that have great, you know, whether it's tomato sauce or things like that,

we make great bread.

Why don't we just put the really simple, easy stuff together and let the food speak for itself?

And so we did that.
