It is now time for our plays of the game here on the show as we recap Michigan's 24 to 7 win over Washington on Saturday at Michigan Stadium.

And the game obviously did not get off to the start that we wanted.

I was hoping that because Washington actually won the toss

and deferred that it would maybe flip a little bit of how games had started for Michigan in the last,

at least a Big Ten play. And that actually did. Offensively not so much because Michigan went

three and out of their opening possession. But Washington, when they get the ball to start

at their own 38-yard line. They actually do cross midfield.

They get over to the Michigan side.

But eventually they're pushed backwards and it's not a 70 plus yard drive, which

is what Michigan had given up in the first three big 10 games of the season.

75 yards to Nebraska, 75 and 75 to Wisconsin and USC.

So in this one, they don't do that.

They do force a punt and they get the ball back.

Michigan gets the ball.

They start moving the ball.

And this is a really nice possession for Michigan.

So early on in the game, the offense was moving.

And the office was moving to the point where they didn't get a,

didn't need a third down conversion until it was third and 16 following a penalty on a holding call on Max Bredesen,

which was on the Washington side of the field.

So Michigan got pushed back first and 20 on their own 48.
