We get back at the talking about and explaining show cause penalties.

Let me talk about NCAA hammers and all that kind of stuff, I guess.

So yesterday it was announced, the NCAA announced that there was an agreement between the NCAA and two former Michigan assistant coaches and putting part of the NCAA investigation into Michigan to bed, but only part.

And this part is the part dealing with two coaches that are now coaching in the NFL as

assistant coaches with the LA Chargers, former Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minner,

former Michigan defensive backs coach Steve Klingskill.

Both have been issued show cause punishments.

They are from recruiting violations.

And so the thing is, Jim Harbaugh, right?

He also got a four-year show cause from a separate case.

And what the show cause means essentially, so let me explain for those to the people that

don't know what a show cause is.

A show cause means that during that window of time.

So it's a, was it one year for jesse two

years for clink gyms is four years and during the duration of those show causes if those coaches

want to be hired in college football they have to the schools that want to hire them have to basically

show why they are more qualified for the job than anybody else and nobody else can do the job.

But that's if they want jobs in the NCAA.

And we're talking about Jim Harbaugh over the next now, what, three years or so because he's been, he's into a window of time of his four-year show cause.
