Welcome back inside the Ann Arbor Studios of the Big 1050. WTKA online at the big 1050.com. I've been waiting for this day for a while, waiting for the day when the updated Michigan football roster comes out. We'd no longer be working off of the spring roster. We'd have updated weights. We'd have updated numbers as guys switched some numbers. We'd have all the freshmen listed. Anyone that we thought was coming,

transfer, et cetera, will be here. And anyone that's not coming that we might think was coming

is, well, not here. And that actually includes Missouri transfer punter Luke Bauer, who had

committed to Michigan over the course of the summer. But he has decided not to, he's not

enrolled at Michigan. He is not on the roster.

And according to the Michigan Insider.com, he is heading to try some professional opportunities.

So good luck to Luke.

He is not on the roster.

We will hear Punter come up in just a second here on the Michigan insider here on the Big

1050 WTKA online at the big 1050.com.

But that's the one name that is not on the list.

I had mentioned the last segment that Michigan had two guys nominated for the or

listed on the preseason watch list for the Buckus Award.

And of course, we'll get to Jay Sean Barham and Ernest Houseman later on in the

countdown.

I should mention that the Thorpe preseason watch list was out yesterday as well. And I'm convinced that if Rod Moore was healthy, he would be on that list. And I'm not sure who it's going to be, but if Michigan's defense is going to be as solid as we think it can be, then one or two guys need to get to the level of where they would be on that kind of a watch list going into the year, whether Zeke Berry or Jair Hill or Brandon Hillman or T.J. Metcalf, who Sharon was raving about when we had our sit down with him a couple of weeks ago. There's a long list of potential guys that could do that in the defensive backfield. And we've talked about some of them in the countdown and we'll get to the rest of them over the course of these next 30 days as we get ready for the start of the Michigan football season. But let's go through the roster and the first starting with all the guys that we have yet to identify because they were not on the roster or maybe they had a number on the roster that is

smaller than 30 and we haven't had a chance to discuss them yet.

So let's go through the roster now.

All the guys that we have missed over the course of the last 70 days of the countdown to

the Michigan football season.

We started the countdown back in May, late May when we started with 100 and we have since

obviously been just rolling on down.
