Our guest for this week's episode of Behind Enemy Lines is Brian Christensen, who covers Nebraska

Brian, let's go ahead and dive right into the Cornhuskers.

Nebraska is 3-0 entering with wins over Cincinnati, 20 to 17, in front of Taylor Swift

and Travis Kelsey and the whole rest of the world, then finish their non-conference

slate by dominating Akron and Houston Christian in ways that good teams are supposed to do.

Matt Rule is in year three.

That is, of course, notable because Matt Rule has won at least 10 games in year three at his

previous stops in college at both Temple and at Baylor. So this game feels like a good litmus test,

both for Michigan and for Nebraska. If Nebraska is going to be that 10-win team, take the next step,

and if Michigan is going to rebound after a-win team, take the next step, and if Michigan is going

to rebound after a loss at a very good team in Oklahoma and winning against two overmatched

non-conference teams, take us, Brian, into the Nebraska perspective. How big of a game is this

welcoming in a ranked opponent and a chance for Matt Rule to get that signature win in year three.

Yeah, it's rather large because Nebraska hasn't beaten a ranked team, I think, in 27 games it's at now.
