We're going to start this morning with freshman, offensive lineman, Andrew Babelola. So here are a few minutes of Andrew Babelola, talk of the media.

I mean, they can make players that come home running back to the camera back. You know what I mean? And like Bryce as well, they're great dudes, I mean, so walking for them,

give their motivation, you know what I mean?

The stuff they can do, like, start the job is a lot easier. Have you said, obviously you weren't there before, but have you sensed any, maybe like a chip on the shoulder in terms of the room of the offensive line? I mean, three years in a row, the best, or one of the very best in the nation, took a step back last year.

As they're like that desire to sort of prove that that was kind of a blip on the radar and certainly not the trend? Yeah, definitely. I mean, obviously, I think just going back to the, you know, think about the history of what it means to be a misconference of the plightment. Yeah, I mean, I think people are taking that to heart and people are taking steps to, you know,

make sure that we get back to a distance to where, you know, we're here for the job and what that's on the country. So, I think so. In what ways do you feel like you've grown the most since stepping foot on campus? I think I've grown the most really in all facets of my life, but especially just, you know, I have my own fine, man, I think it's being all around it.

You know what I mean?

Obviously, I played football late, so, you know, coming in, I was a bit raw, but I'd say someone that's definitely been a huge help to me, not just as, you know, a coach, a little mentor, as a walk of steel, a senior offensive line analyst, you know, just him being with here every single day, going through footwork, watching film, stuff like that. He's definitely been a huge piece in my growth. What's, I guess, not comparing contrasting necessarily, but Juan Castillo is a veteran, you know, of the NFL and all these other programs. Grant Newsom, young coach, what's it like having those two distinct personalities as your OL leaders?'s awesome yeah I mean it's the best of both worlds to me you know I mean

Coase Newsom he's a great guy you know super smart you know caring you know he loves

his guys and then obviously Coach Castile you know he coached an NFL for nearly 30 years

and so he's having that experience as well with you know Coach Newsom how he schemes you know

how he exploits things to us.

Like I said, it's the best of the world, and I'm super blessed that with those guys. What does one give, like, what does he add, like specifically? Yeah, I think his ad's experience, you know what I mean. He's been everywhere, you know, in the NFL, you know, his experience in college. and so just what he's seen, you know what I mean, giving me tips, you know, against rushers, you know, different types of sets I can take, stuff like that, so this is experience really. You have individual goals, team goals? What are your thoughts? Yeah, obviously for team goals, I mean, just to, you know, beat that team, and then get back to Indianapolis and then you know that's a championship

Sharon said that when you and Grant Newsom are in a room talking together he leaves the

room because what you guys are talking about is too intelligent for him is it particle physics

like oh what's going on yeah I mean um well i'm definitely not smarts coach

so i mean he's on a whole other level but um you know i think it's a huge reason why i came to

michigan just you know we're very similar you know i mean i'm just with our upbrings you know

how we think stuff like that and so getting to call that guy on an offensive line coast and waiting to him, it's awesome.

To be going into Fall Camp and Cherone's talking about you as a potential starter on the offensive line as a true freshman,

I guess A, what's your emotional reaction to that and B, what do you have to do in Fall Camp to earn that spot?

Yeah, it's very humbling.
