We've got a lot to get to on this show coming up in just a little bit.

Our weekly check-in with Michigan women's soccer coach, Jen Klein, and Coach Klein squad went out to Iowa over the weekend, the 10th ranked Hawkeyes, and they ended up earning a 1-1-1 tie with them in Iowa City. And the Wolverines are 2-0-1 in their last three games playing some pretty good soccer. We'll hear from Jan Klein coming up in a little bit.

We also heard from some Michigan football players last night.

So we'll bring some of this to you coming up later on this hour. We heard on the offensive side of the ball from Andrew Marsh. And then on the defensive side of the ball, we heard from Zeke Berry, Mason Curtis, Cam Brandt and Troy Bowles. So we'll bring a little bit of that to you coming up a little bit later on this hour here on the

And then, of course, it's a Wednesday, which means in the 7 o'clock hour, we're going to get to the Michigan football offensive breakdown with Al Borges. In the 8 o'clock hour, we're going to go inside the huddle with Michael Spath. And then for the 9 o'clock hour, the midweek peak with Steve Clark here on the Michigan insider on the big 1050 WTCA. Obviously, most of our attention yesterday. What turned into last night was on the Tigers. Ended up being a nearly three-hour rain delay. Actually, they ended up getting a messages from, from friends that were down at the game.

And, yeah, it's a long wait for that game to the 408 start,

eventually turned into a 7 p.m. start.

And unfortunately, the game did not go as we would have liked.

Once it got the 2-0 in the game yesterday, because the Tigers gave up the, they gave up the lead pretty earlier, a couple of runs in the third inning, and then a couple more runs in the fourth inning, and it was 4-0-0 through 4. Once it was 2-0 or when it's 4-0, I'm guessing that the optimism for a comeback for most of you was pretty low because the Tigers have obviously not shown the ability to score more than a few runs in the game.

They ended up scoring four in the game, but the last three of them came in the ninth inning when it was already 8 to 1 and the game was no longer in doubt.

The Tigers either win these closed games or they have games where they get exposed by their, you know, for the weaknesses that they have in their lineup, in particular the strikeouts, swinging in a bad pitches, the inability to move runners around.

Sometimes the inability to get runners on base.
