The new cycle moves so fast.

I had barely had time yesterday to soak in that my Baltimore Orioles were actually making a move in the offseason.

I was trying to enjoy that.

I was taking grace to her softball training and then obviously news started to break.

We've had huge shocking news takeover the show before.

John Beline live during the show would happen actually during a commercial break and we came

back early and John Beline to the Cavs live on the show, that's one that sticks out.

But this is the most shocking, I think, that we've had, that we've experienced the one that is most jarring to a schedule and a run.
