As we had the news Friday night prior to the Michigan men's basketball game against Michigan

State that Dusty May has signed a contract extension. and CBS Sports was reporting on the details yesterday.

And it's a one-year extension, which now runs through 2030.

It's an increase of $1 million annually in salary for Dusty.

There's a bump and pay across the board for the basketball, his staff that he has obviously working for him.

There's an increase, a big increase investment for program resources, including

Michigan's NIL, quote unquote, war chest, and also a buyout that's going to rise to

$7.5 million.

So Dutsey signs a contract extension, gets a raise, and that was taking care of, actually

while we were hanging out at Oscars, when we were giving away a pair of tickets.

It was a lot of fun pre-gaming at Oscars on Friday before the game.

Unfortunately, the game did not match the pre-gaming at Oscars.

It did not match the great crowd.
