1:10.0	chapter 13 verse 3. It reads, in his speech shall meet with evils, a good reminder for us to hold our tongue and to be quiet.

1:29.4	You know, this is the first podcast podcast so I'm still trying to figure out the format
1:35.9	but I thought it would be interesting to have a tip of the week something to to help us
1:44.6	improve our lives. Maybe it's spiritual, maybe it's just something practical or day to day.
