This is yours truly, Mike Ritland.

And this is my first inaugural podcast.

I want to take a second to kind of talk about the platform, if you will, as to how this is going to work.

You know, with social media and the online presence that exists, what this is is a raw unfiltered platform that's going to really give myself.

And anybody that joins me on this podcast, an ability to say whatever they want, talk about whatever they want,

share whatever opinions they have and not have to hide behind anything, frankly.

So if for those of you that keep track of what I'm doing, you have kids, people that are sensitive to swearing or edgy topics that you don't want them to hear now would be a really good fucking time to turn it off.

So that is the goal, that is the premise of how this is going to work.

And this is how we're going to do it here.

So what's important for everybody to understand is that these topics that we're going to talk about, we're going to host,

are going to be a whole host of topics rather from that span, from anything that I'm interested in to current events,

you know, different things in the news that people are talking about, which we're going to get into today.

Really anything that that that peaks everybody's interest out there and that people want to hear about.

And so we're going to we're going to get into that now.

As far as today goes, I have a very distinguished guest with me that somebody that I've known for 20 years.

This is a gentleman that frankly is one of the best guys I know and I'm honored to have him on the podcast today.

He is a retired Navy SEAL.

He is a New York Times best selling author of several different books, one of which is 100 Deadly Skills.

The first book and then the second one is 100 Deadly Skills of Survival Edition.
