lover of cheese and reader of books. Oh wow, you're thinking, that was very smooth for your very first

goal, wasn't it? Because this is the third time I've recorded it.

So the first time, the recording didn't actually take the second time.

Turns out I actually got a major fact wrong because all the articles I was looking at

regarding one of the topics completely ignored another part of it.

So everything I said about a certain part of it was wrong.

This is a history podcast, which is not your history class.

If you're under the age of 18, I would suggest not listening because there's probably

going to be some profanity. Listener discretion is absolutely advised. So, I thought, what would

be a really good idea for the very first episode? What could I do? There'd be a nice,

light, easy entry in this.

Well, um, I thought, why not talk about the 1970 Miss World pageant?

But before we get into that, I should probably tell you a little bit about me.

I own a comic book store.

I think I'm the only women in Ireland that currently owns a comic book store. I think I'm the only women in Ireland that currently owns a comic book store.
