Here's a quick challenge you should do for yourself right now. Are you ready?

All right, get out your phone and it's about removing clutter, losing weight and getting rid of things

which makes you feel great. So there's a sense of lightness whenever you get rid of something. So right now on your phone go and remove one app. I'll wait. Which one do you remove? I'll wait. I just remove. I just remove. I don't think it was you you disc from disc because I'm not using it as much, but go remove one app that you want to remove and see how easy it is. That's just a little one, but let's do a lot more challenges moving forward in the show. So expect way more. It's gonna be a weekly show generally on Tuesday.
