of how I became a minimalist. So the problem started after my second son came into the world.

I was a new mom of two boys, a one and a half year old son and a newborn baby. Needless to say, life was pretty challenging,

and I wasn't getting a lot of sleep. Just a few months after my second son was born,

I found out pretty unexpectedly that I had to go back to work full time. This was just devastating

leaving both of my children, but especially my newborn, who I really wanted to breastfeed and,

you know, obviously removing me from him and I had to pump a lot and just added this whole other complicating factor to

I didn't enjoy it anymore. And I grew really bitter towards my position in the clinic because

I wanted to be home with my kids. I felt

like that's where I should be. But anyway, I went to work and I got really, really stressed out.

Because of my newborn, again, I was getting very little sleep. I was so tired every single day.

being a mom, being a wife. I was overwhelmed, stressed out. And because of all this, I started to get
