Just a little PSA on the format the format because our formats changing this year compared to last year. Last year we we had we would basically do like a series recap episode and a series preview episode.

And we'd be dropping episodes like every day.

And it kind of got to be a lot, not just like for us to record at all but

for you guys to get to keep up and listen with everything so we're not going to do a series by

series um sequence of episodes this year schedule of episodes uh we're going to stick with what

we've been doing in the off season we're going to drop in episodes on mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, regardless of the schedule, regardless of whether there's off days
