Bobby wanted to share this special episode and start by talking about his friend Lesly Simon. He shares their conversation about her cancer diagnosis. Lesly Simon passed away on Thursday (March 27) peacefully surrounded by her family after a battle with breast cancer.  At the time of recording this in 2022, she had over 25 years’ experience in the music industry that include jobs from assistant to radio promotions. She talks about her rise in the music ranks in Nashville that lead her to getting the job on Garth and Trisha’s record labels. She shared that in June 2017 she was diagnosed with breast cancer just shortly after getting that new job.
