Hello to all my lovely podcast family. What a week it has been for me. I am literally so exhausted, I cannot tell you.

And it has got me thinking about the lockdown days. I'm not going to lie, although obviously I don't

want to go back into another lockdown, but I just keep remembering what a nice rest it was. So I've been working away this

week so it's been a bit mad and I was in Crete, it wasn't a holiday, it was work, but being on the flight got me thinking

that it's a bit mad that some people are so scared of flying and that they would never go away or ever

get to enjoy other places because they literally wouldn't get on the plane.

For me I would be so upset if I was too scared to go away

but I do understand as I have some fears myself and one of them is getting into a lift.

I will not get into any lift that is

enclosed unless it's a glass lift you're not going to get me in it. There has been occasions where I've turned up for meetings

and there is one lift and enclosed lift and I've had to ask the people to come down and have the

meeting in the reception area. Now basically I don't

know where this comes from I need to do a past life regression and I had well I did get stuck in a lift once but was ever so quick and I don't really

remember it affecting me at the time but maybe it did but weirdly enough, my nephew, bless him, we actually as a family didn't go on holiday for the first nine years of his life because he was petrified to fly. So my brother and my sister-in-law and my two

nephews never went abroad for the first nine years of their life and you, you know, big up to my brother and sister-in-law,

they supported how he was feeling,

and they never forced him to get on a flight.
