Per use as per use as some say it's Dylan Chavere. Podcast week stuck up on me this year was not prepared. Actually, I didn't know it was podcast week until you just said so, but I'm happy to be here and to celebrate.

The week of podcasting. Yeah, that's essentially a week where we podcast. Nothing else really changes nothing really changes, but we just have a little label we slap on it. It's kind of fun.

Happy to be here, fellas. I'd like to go ahead and get rumors out of the way. As it is the time of year when trips are booked. Plans are made.

Guys trips occur. Some may remember from about a year ago. Dave and I went to Montana. Oh, there were rumors that, you know, sleep cycles were interrupted by noises, by sounds, by snoring, things of that nature.

After a short seven and a half month weight period per from my original booking of the appointment. Help is on the way. We'll say that.

Doubt that it'll be here by the time of this year's trip, but it's been a long time. Just edgy. Just waiting for it to happen. Pretend you're new here, and you don't know at all what you're talking about. Why don't you explain?

There are a couple of things that read you white, the late great Reggie White and I have in common. Both reside or resided as he is now no longer with us in the great state of Wisconsin.

Both have in the past played football and both are victims of the not so silent killer out there sleep apnea. I'm not afraid or ashamed or embarrassed to say it.

It's a result of many things could be hereditary could be just having a thicker neck likely due to years of sports and just being Mr. thick over here.

But it makes for a very uncomfortable night to sleep when you've had a few brews. I don't have it so bad that it's every single night or just every day of my life.

But for things like guy strips where you got a couple in the system, you're starting a lawnmower every night.

Yeah, I shared a bed with KJ on this trip and for one night and I was worried about you because it is significant, but I will say I have a you're not the only friend of mine who has this issue.

I would say half of my friends have this problem and probably a quarter of them have been to like sleep centers to get fitted or checked out for masks or whatever the treatment is these days.

I don't know, but I'm glad you're getting this address because it's I know it's not good for your sleep quality. It's certainly not good for your partner or your podcast partners sleep quality.

Should he be in the bed with you?

It really really goes to state just how much of an American hero you are for surviving Vegas. That's you know without naming anyone else.

That's really the accomplishment looking back at it.

Also also was sneaky coming off the flu on that Dylan that's a party Vegas trip didn't know it at the time, but wasn't doing great.

I remember you almost had to miss the bad trip party because you were so sick.

Yeah, tough run man was tough. You pulled it out and I appreciate you for that.
