And when I first started reading about the Tibetan people years and years ago, they talked about the fact that

Tibet is like a very mountainous, mountainous with the Himalaya Mountains. And it has

extremes of weather, extremes of nature. It's a very difficult environment

to live in. Nine months of the year, it's freezing cold, and there's a lot of snow and wind,

and it's tough. And these people are so tough, they're out there walking hundreds, sometimes

hundreds of kilometers to do some of their spiritual practices to use the experience of the difficult conditions around them to go inward and practice self-mastery.
