There's no longer woke month. And welcome back to me. I know you can kind of tell. I'm still not 100%

but I'll take you through my week here in a little bit here. First, I just want to welcome everyone.

There's going to be some new listeners today. I will be posting the podcast every morning now

on the ZCAST feed for Spotify and Apple. I should have been doing that a while ago.

But we will be doing it going forward. And obviously the ZCAST episodes will be on there too.

So if you want to listen to Apple, Spotify, iHeart, basically any podcasting app that is out there,

it will now be on there. So anyone who is listening on there, welcome. You don't know what's going on

right now. This is our ZSOLO show. We do this every morning. And we talk about current events. We

talk about what's going on in the news. Give you my bicep and I show you what's going on in Fox,

what's going on in CNN. We try to get down to the bottom of the truth guys. We make fun of some

politicians here and there. We talk about everything. Pop culture sports. Let you know what's going

on. So you don't have to watch the news. That's the whole point of the show. So you can turn it off.

You don't have to throw your remote at the TV at night. Try to figure out if they're to lie into

your not. All right. So you just do this in the morning. I'll give you a little summary. And you

can get on with your day. You can shut off the internet and get on with your day. If you missed it,
