Hello and welcome to a brand new week on the podcast and let's get straight to the action. Over the weekend, I spotted on the Lorraine Twitter feed

that she had Lewis Smith as a guest.

Now Lewis Smith had a big announcement last week,

so we wanted to go on and do it properly

on a big TV channel a big show like Lorraine and this is what happened.

Now my next guest is a former strictly champion and an Olympic silver medalist.

Lewis Smith is here he He's got a big

big announcement to make because you're retiring.

Lorraine totally nicked the announcement. She trampled on over it. She said there was going to be announcement and then did the announcement leaving Lewis with nothing to say

So I thought I'd do the same today and we could Lorraine on people's parades

Okay, right, my next guest is Ben. He's 30 from Cambridge and he's got a big announcement to make, isn't that right Ben? Yep. Yep, because Ben is having a wee baby boy.

He's having his first child.
