Hey now, welcome to Greg Fitzsimmons podcast. It's called Fitzdog Radio and it's been going

now for 1000 and I think this is 1000 and two.

Starting fresh with a new 1000 with a new attitude. New attitude baby, following the dream,

it's a new dream now. I'm not sure what it is, but we're reconfiguring some stuff mentally and I think it's

going to involve an ayahuasca trip to the desert out of Joshua Tree with a buddy of mine and we're going

to reset everything. I think I'm ready. I was like, I throw up, I don't give a shit. I'll throw up. I'll get

whatever it takes to get to a place where I can shrink the ego, take five giant steps back for my

life and see it all clearly. That's what I need and I need something else and we'll talk about that

later in the podcast. Very exciting today. I had a nice conversation this past week with Zane Lampry,

who's coming on the podcast and then next week, Stephen Wright.

One of the greatest comedians of all time, philosophical, profound, silly, funny and I just read his

book over the weekend. He's got a new book called Harold and it's a flight of fantasy told from the

point of view of a seven year old boy who's mind wanders and who has fantastic dreams and he goes

in and out of them and he's just it's so it's dream like reading it is dream like and then there's

hard jokes that just make you laugh. They make you laugh at one point he's talking about how women are

like those Russian stacking dolls because you open up one and there's another one inside of it and

then you open that there's another one inside of it and it's all this boy just sort of ruminating on

stuff and he's like he's like I think it's really ironic that every year thousands of people go and

they visit the site where Henry David Thoreau a hermit lived he was a hermit which I've always

thought about but I never it's like something you see but you don't put the words.

What was he I think he said oh Jesus loves you because he doesn't know you. A lot of stuff about

God and religion really good so anyway. I had a good weekend I was did a ton of sets running around
