Welcome back to the Compound Podcast. We have no clue what episode this is. It's been almost

two weeks, maybe 10 days since the last episode, so we're a little bit of a hiatus.

Where are we presented by?

I'm always presented by parts around, even when we take a little break. Crazy week, crazy

10 days, a lot of stuff happened, wanted to record, and then, you know, Zach gets called

to the big leagues, a little family time, a little selfish on it, selfish move by Zach.

Seriously, this is a little fucked up. We're trying to record.

The guy gets called up. Zach, do you want to walk us through all of the events?

Yeah, or we could do it throughout. Break it down for us like the call, start us off with the call.

Yeah, so we were supposed to, so we're at the ultimate site, we're playing a few games,

and you know how you were explaining the one day to Jack, how hey, yeah, the weather's great

and wriggly right now, but when you come back from a road trip, it's going to be freezing.

Correct. So that's how it was, yep, it's the same thing it was here, same thing in Detroit,

like we were, it was 75 and beautiful for the first three weeks, two weeks we were here,

and I go on the taxi squad trip for a week or so, and I come back, and there's like two inches

of snow on the ground, like legitimately two inches of snow on the ground.

And you guys were snowed out the day before you debuted? Yeah, yeah, so leads into that.

So like the next day, I think we have a game and I go to the field, and I mean, legitimately,

it's like in Iowa, like one of the first games we had there when it was just like,

you're walking to the field, you're like, all right, there's no way we're playing today,

like there's absolutely no way. And we were on, and we were waiting to hear from Detroit,

because if their game got banged, our manager said ours is banged like within five seconds.
