Summary
In this week's episode of Paranormal Activity with Yvette Fielding, we step inside one of America’s most infamous haunted locations: Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky.
Once a sprawling tuberculosis hospital, Waverly Hills became a place of both healing and horror during one of the deadliest epidemics in U.S. history.
Thousands died within its walls, and their presence, many say, never left.
From the shadow people that stalk its hallways to the tragic nurse of Room 502, and the playful spirit of young Timmy, who still rolls his ball across the floor, this is a place where the veil between the living and the dead feels paper-thin.
Yvette takes us through Waverly’s dark history: the construction, the desperation of the patients, and the infamous “Death Tunnel”, where the bodies of the dead were secretly carried away from sight.
She explores the paranormal investigations that made Waverly world-famous and dives deep into theories that suggest why the sanatorium remains a beacon of supernatural energy.
Now preserved as both a historic site and a paranormal hotspot, Waverly Hills continues to draw ghost hunters and skeptics alike.
But as Yvette asks, are we visiting the past? Or is the past still watching us?
Enter if you dare… because in Waverly Hills, the echoes of the dying still whisper through the halls.
