to see you or just to kind of get a grid? If I want to grow in this, what are some goals that

people would have in mind? Yeah, that's a great question. I mean, they can be varied a lot. And when I'm working with them,

I am always like coming in with a blank splitting me like, you tell me what you want to do. And then

let's figure out a game plan to get you there, you know? So for some women, they just don't want to leave when they sneeze or cough. And, and let me tell you that that's completely possible because, again, women, some women just believe like, this is just

something I have to deal with. It just happens because I'm a certain age or because I've had babies

or whatever. And so for some, it's just dealing with like the sneezing and coughing. For others,

they have like high exercise goals where, you know, they want to be able to go to

the CrossFit class or the, I don't even know what they're called, like the trampoline classes
