| 0:50.0 | improved, which is something that we are very intentional about and very specific in how we address the mindset side of things like we openly talk about that and the reason that that's a part of our philosophy, |

| 1:38.8 | I mean we kind of see it all across the board, you know your relationship with food, your relationship with food, your relationship with |

| 1:47.0 | relationships that we often see can, they have a tendency to get disrupted by the process of going through a journey with doing |
